Automation of the shaping, heat treatment and conveying of live-flora food materials according to the requirements of industry 4.0

The production technology currently generally used in the baking industry relies heavily on human labor, and at certain points on professional knowledge. The ever-increasing quantitative and qualitative market demands and the shortage of labor necessitate the automation of production processes to the greatest extent possible. The development of production lines is most optimal in the situation outlined above, in which human labor is only required for control and supervision. The technology to be developed is of great importance not only in the baking industry, but also for all medium and large-scale enterprises that process products from raw materials with characteristic physical properties, primarily with a relatively high demand for manual labor. Material transfer systems are integrally linked to the automation of the production process. In addition to the above, robots are essential parts of automated production, which play a role in shaping the dough, sorting the baked product, and placing it in collective packaging. Their operation is complemented by various recognition systems. 2019.01.
